Faculty & Staff may purchase the following Adobe products for activities that support UConn’s academic mission and our students. If the software will not be used for these purposes, please contact the Technology Support Center to discuss alternative licensing options. A KFS number is required for purchase.

• Adobe Express Premium: Similar to Canva, Adobe Express is an all-in-one design, photo, and video creation tool.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: This collection of professional creative software includes applications for image creation and editing, graphic design, video, and sound. Below you’ll see options to purchase a user license, which will be tied to your email address, and device license, which is tied to one device for shared use.

Generative AI features and services (i.e., Adobe Firefly) are included in Adobe CC user licenses but not device licenses, which only provides access to desktop apps.

Faculty & Staff can also purchase licenses for other users, including student employees or graduate assistants who assist with teaching activities. They must have NetIDwork accounts.

Renewals:

The University license expires annually on 9/3*. Prorated pricing is available for Adobe CC during the last three months of the license term. An existing license can be renewed between 8/19-9/2, or it will be disabled on 9/3*. Each license is transferrable to another user when the original user leaves the University.

*When 9/3 falls on a weekend, the license expires on the previous business day.
