On May 31, 2017, the University’s current Student Adobe contract will end. Students will no longer be able to use these products on their personal computers under the existing institutional agreement and will need to uninstall the software prior to its expiration.
The University’s contract with Adobe, established in 2014, provides students with the right to install Adobe Creative Cloud applications onto personal devices for renewable terms of one year. At this time, we do not expect to continue this agreement. Notably, these changes do not apply to licenses purchased and installed under alternate agreements, such as device-based licensing for computer labs or those obtained through Gov Connect.
Alternative ways to access the software:
- If you are a Digital Media Design (DMD), Fine Arts, or Journalism student, you can access the software in their computer labs
- Purchase individual products or all apps with your educational discount here: Adobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers | Adobe Creative Cloud
